Pipedrive is the first CRM designed by salespeople for salespeople to help you uncover and repeat the ways you win. As a Customer Solutions Manager, my tasks include interdepartmental communication with our Developer and Engineering teams, managing departmental task forces to improve our processes, and assisting my teams of experts in pursuing solutions for our High-Value clientele.

  2. Launched On-Boarding program internally to create process to bring in new companies in a way that’s specified to their business and workflows.
